Privacy notice

What we collect

If you use the guide without giving us an email address, we keep your answers and a random identifier stored in your browser. That identifier is not linked to your name or to anything else about you.

If you ask us to save your results, we also keep your email address, the name you give us, and a record that you agreed to this notice.

If you ask a Wisdomland advisor to contact you, we keep the Phone/Zalo number and name you provide, the related result, the request time, your IP address, browser and device information, language, and the page that sent the request so that we can filter out spam.

If you use the school-tour checklist, we keep the school names, ratings, and notes you enter with your results. They are used only to provide the comparison on the same device and are not used to market a school to you.

About your child

We ask only for an age range, never a date of birth or a name. An age range on its own does not identify your child, and we have designed it that way deliberately to protect your child's privacy.

What we do with it

We use your email address to send you a link back to your results. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone outside Wisdomland.

We use contact-request information to let Wisdomland staff follow up with you and to investigate customer service, delivery, or security problems.

How long we keep it

If you never give us an email address, your answers are deleted periodically to save space. If you give us an email address or ask a Wisdomland advisor to contact you, we keep your answers and your contact information until you ask us to remove them.

Removing your information

Write to us and we will delete everything we hold about you. You do not have to give a reason.
